Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
∎ Manage IT, staff, by supervising and coaching, communicating job expectations.
∎ Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
∎ Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
∎ Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners, etc.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
∎ Installation, Configuration, and Maintenance, Different types of Mail Client, Database Server, in Windows and Linux platform.
∎ Maintenance & Connectivity support the PABX System.
∎ Managing internal LAN, VPN, Network products (Switch, Router, Firewall, UTM, CCTV, access control and their installation, configuration, and cabling.
∎ Monitor server and network infrastructure, take initiatives, and ensure the overall security of the full infrastructure.
∎ Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
∎ Creative problem-solving skills with strong troubleshooting skills.
∎ Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
∎ Testing new technology.
∎ Maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware, and networks.
∎ Any other task assign by Supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
