Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
∎ Responsible for Architectural and Design Solutions
∎ Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
∎ Be a key member of the overall implementation project team
∎ Prepare all client-facing and internal deliverables that are technology-related
∎ Use Microsoft technologies to develop technical solutions for creating services in an environment agnostic platform
∎ Mentor and coach Developers in the team as well as Lead Developers to meet the deliverables
∎ Design, Develop, Unit Test and document code according to the requirements of the project
∎ Analyze, diagnose, and resolve errors related to the applications.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Develop, maintain and support programs/tools for internal and external customers.
∎ Follow all standards and methodologies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4+ years of managing highly efficient teams of developers, designers and architects
∎ 6+ years software development experience in various languages technologies
∎ 5+ years developing in .net Platform (MVC) with C# language
∎ 6+ years developing backend in Microsoft SQL Server.
∎ Hands on experience developing JavaScript framework like JQuery, Angular7+, Bootstrap.
∎ Hands on Lead Experience is required
∎ Experience leading Software development teams is required.
∎ 3+ years of .Net development experience with Web Services, WCF and WebAPI, Micro Services
∎ Solid understanding in Object oriented analysis and design patterns.
∎ Experience with TFS and continuous integration tools similar to Jenkins is required
∎ Unit testing and mocking (NUnit and MoQ) experience required.
∎ Good Knowledge of architecture principles and methods
∎ Secure SDLC experience with Threat Modelling is desired
∎ Having experience leading teams is desirable
∎ Having a startup mindset with Quick Develop/Test/Deploy cycles is needed.
∎ Good inter-personal skills, relationship-building
∎ Presentation and analytical abilities
∎ Be highly flexible, adaptable and a good team player
∎ Ability to thrive under pressure and adhere to constant and challenging deadlines
