Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing an annual plan for sales, resources, expenses, and organization to meet corporate growth and competitive objectives
∎ Overseeing sales activities, providing support to sales teams, as well as directing the team's efforts to be in line with strategic goals and set targets
∎ Tracking and monitoring sales and expenses while recommending sales-specific measures and techniques that minimize expenses
∎ Developing and monitoring the implementation of sales work plans with the aim of achieving the pre-set sales targets while coaching and managing sales teams
∎ Promoting pharmaceutical products' sales by developing and maintaining long term relationships at all levels with doctors, medical professionals, and other clients
∎ Participating in organizing the launch of new products and their promotions
∎ Overseeing draw-backs and clients' objections related to products while communicating such issues to the Marketing function
∎ Analyzing market trends and competitors' activities and formulating strategies to respond to these
∎ Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
∎ Achieve national sales target.
∎ Preparing National Sales Budget and distribute nationally among the Regional Sales Managers, Area Managers & Medical Promotion Officers in a way so that everyone takes this as a challenge and offers all-out efforts to achieve it.
∎ Lead the sales team to achieve the target by ensuring Rx
∎ To take all measures to create a potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
∎ Frequent travel throughout the nation.
∎ Assist management in developing business strategies.
∎ Preparing report for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc.
∎ Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ 15 years of experience in Sales (Pharmaceutical field), of which at least 3 years as NSM at a pharmaceutical company
∎ Deep expertise in data analysis and in building successful strategies using data-driven analysis that drives business results
∎ Strong leadership skills
∎ Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
∎ Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
∎ Strong network with clients working in the Pharmaceutical Business.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Excellent Remuneration Package will be offered for deserving candidate
