Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing National Sales Budget and distribute nationally among the Regional Sales Managers, Area Managers & Medical Promotion Officers in a way so that everyone take this as a challenge and offers all-out efforts to achieve it.
∎ Lead the sales team to achieve target by ensuring Rx
∎ To take all measures to create potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
∎ Achieve national sales target.
∎ Evaluate national sales opportunities.
∎ Assist management in developing business strategies.
∎ Develop effective promotional policy.
∎ Direct, Assist and supervision of the Regional Sales Managers
∎ Monitor day to day activities of the Regional Sales Managers.
∎ Field force development
∎ Preparing report for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc.
∎ Frequent travel throughout the nation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years practical experience in Pharmaceutical Industry as "National Sales Manager (NSM)" and 5+ years’ work experience as Fist Line Leader in Sales in the Pharmaceutical Industry

Salary: Negotiable
