Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA), Master of Arts (MA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Work closely with H&M technician/BO, who provides the direct transfer of H&M standards and required technical details.
∎ • Good communication between H&M (PO/BO) & internal stakeholders, (i.e. sample room/merchandiser and planning team).
∎ • Check sample details and it’s applicability in production for all sample stages (Development to Counter sample).
∎ • Communicate the differences with H&M technician/BO that are found between the m-list, pattern and artwork that can not be applied in production.
∎ • Send sample report with pictures to H&M (PO/BO) after checking the fitting at QS or DS to suit the desired details.
∎ • Follow the previous sample comments, make necessary corrections in next stage.
∎ • Make risk assessment regarding the production conditions and involve H&M PO/BO when required.
∎ • Send samples according to request and should be on time
∎ • Join initial & inline & support production team with necessary technical knowledge to ensure accurate bulk vs counter.
