Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA), Master of Arts (MA), Diploma in Engineering in Textile Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have Experience bra, panty, Boxer & swimwear.
∎ Shoulder up full range of day to day production responsibilities and carry out the production planning designated by the group
∎ Manage the operation within agreed KPIs
∎ Provide correct skill set to perform the demands of business and customer
∎ Lead the production team to improve the overall productivity and quality, control cost and reduce production lead-time and maintain a stable workforce
∎ Work closely with HR, Administration, Logistics, IT and all production related departments to enhance the production efficiency and operation environment
∎ Ensure the alignment with the corporate business goals
∎ Conversant with production planning, production management and quality control
∎ Knowledge in Lean manufacturing is preferable
∎ Strategic, independent, strong leadership and project management skills with change mindset
∎ Ability to overcome obstacles using positive attitude, teamwork, and influence through building and maintaining relationships
∎ To monitor and control all production process in sewing, cutting & finishing section.
∎ To monitor production, target every hour of a day.
∎ Report Management about daily & total production status according to order and style.
∎ To distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work and keep connection with the respective department.
∎ To check lay out plan in order to achieve maximum production
∎ Prepare regular production stock, receive & delivery report.
∎ To keep close eyes for achieving production target in order to implement the production schedule. To inform higher authority immediately if the target is not achieved for any reason.
∎ If failure to achieve production target without logical reason so to want explanation from In-charge/Line Manager and take necessary action immediately
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Factory Administration, Industrial & Production Engineering, Operation
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience in garment manufacturers (lingerie) of which at least 7+ years in managerial or executive position.
∎ Fluent spoken and written English,
