Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive booking from merchandising department.
∎ Month & style wise capacity booking calculation and update monthly sewing capacity.
∎ Receive order shit from merchandising department and cross check as per booking.
∎ Make order wise shipment ratio.
∎ Make sewing allocation plan according to monthly sewing capacity.
∎ Prepare fabric requirement plan according to sewing line allocation plan.
∎ Make Production schedule and line loading plan base on shipment date.
∎ Follow-up order wise T&A
∎ Coordinate activities with the Supply Chain and review material positions to ensure on-time shipment.
∎ Monitor daily production, make daily production report and tracking section wise production.
∎ Work to implement planning and reduce plan vs actual gap.
∎ Check the fabrics availability and giving per day cutting target as per priority and follow up it properly.
∎ Follow-up the cutting production as per priority.
∎ Follow-up print capacity & production with relevant responsible person.
∎ Follow-up every orders Pattern Test (P/T), Trial cutting (T/C) and Initial.
∎ Make weekly & monthly Shipment Plan as per shipment schedule.
∎ Continuous make follow-up on production performances summary (P.P.S) report and highlighted the unachieved target and discussed with I.E and production responsible.
∎ Regularly monitor daily & monthly production
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Knowledge of production process.
∎ Up to date knowledge on equipment/ machineries.
∎ Planning and analytical skill.
∎ Experience of working in ERP environment.
∎ Good communication skill in English.
