Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, etc.)
∎ Strong knowledge of materials science, manufacturing processes, and thermodynamics.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Design mechanical systems and components using CAD software
∎ 2.Create prototypes and mock-ups for testing and validation
∎ 3.Ensure designs meet project specifications, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.
∎ 4.Perform simulations and stress analysis (e.g., using FEA tools).
∎ 5.Conduct physical testing to validate prototypes and ensure they meet functional requirements.
∎ 6.Choose appropriate materials based on factors like strength, weight, cost, and manufacturability.Ensure that all mechanical designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality standards
