∎ B.Sc./Diploma in Fashion Designing & Technology from reputed design institute.
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for the right talent for this position who has expertise on Design & Product Development.
∎ The MTO-Design & production development is Mid-level position and will be held responsible and accountable for the smooth running of company`s overall design & Production development function.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fashion Market & Trend Research, analysis according to culture, economics, weather and tradition team
∎ Have sound knowledge on yarns quality and sources.
∎ Clothing Design & Development, Understanding color & Contrast according to season & Trend.
∎ Textile Selection & matching, Fashion Illustration, Sketch.
∎ Research, Organize & Develop various Fashion Project
∎ Develop new Idea keeping forecast in mind.
∎ Seasonal Design presentation for Customers.
∎ Make option for buyer's styles.
∎ Have to work under a team and have to report to team leader as well as managing Director.
∎ To ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team
∎ Arrangement of briefing, training, coordinating, controlling and taking the timely decision
∎ To take an active role while formulating the policy of the factory
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Six (06) month intern in a large reputed garments factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Design & Product development.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Candidate must have to computer knowledge.
