Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he will work under project coordinator
∎ Day to day project MEAL related activities and field visit
∎ S/he will report to the project coordinator
∎ Responsible to lead the M&E and reporting system of Shushilan assign project
∎ Develop different types of formats, M&E tools, techniques and framework, monthly, quarterly and yearly plan
∎ Tracking progress on activities compare to operational plan and targets and indicators
∎ Prepare monitoring reports based on field monitoring
∎ Prepare and submit report to the donor, partners related to project progress and logical framework matrix
∎ Visit working areas to monitor project initiatives and provide feedback to the project coordinator
∎ Maintain records of program and project data, lessons learned, case stories and best practices and share with all concerned
∎ Develop and ensure implementation and maintenance of project databases
∎ Assist all types of report writing such as monthly, quietly, half yearly, yearly and project compilation report
∎ At least 5 years of work experience in drivers of conflict with an integrated, multi-sector approach to addressing concerns of tension and social cohesion in the host community and ultimately reduce the risks for conflict
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of work experience with youth and women groups for capacity building on conflict mitigation, life skills, vocational skills, sports and culture activities with the goal of building self-esteem and confidence through addressing resilience enhancing strengths-based approach. Experience with USIAD's policy on youth for meaningful participation of youth community in decision-making process, enhancing social inclusion and cohesion in their communities will be an added advantage.
∎ Have adequate computer knowledge on Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, power point and capable to use Internet
∎ Ability to communicate in English and Bangle language effectively, both orally and in writing.
∎ Able to summarize the results or observation
∎ Able to drive motorcycle with valid driving license
∎ Practicing gender and cultural diversity
∎ Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc
Salary: Tk. 46350 - 47741 (Monthly)
