Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having good knowledge and understanding about MEAL Indicator, MEAL framework/ matrix, Log frame, PRA methods & tools, sampling.
∎ Familiar in refuge context and knowledge about Humanitarian standard, guideline and principles i.e. HAP, SPHERE.
∎ Having experience of database management, validation (knowledge about SMART indicator) , analysis and presentation.
∎ Having experience and knowledge in Report (need assessment, Base line, inception, interim period, completion) writing.
∎ Program/Project Design and Learning
∎ Participate in program/project design especially in developing log frames and MEAL plans
∎ Support the programs in refinement of data collection methodology and regular use of M&E tool and frameworks
∎ Support program coordinators, project managers and finance officer with date analysis and production of high quality, evidence-based, donor compliant reports (monthly and final) and documentation in timely manner to accurately reflect field level conditions and programming progress.
∎ Provide regular verbal and written feedback on field observations and monitoring findings to the relevant programmed staff.
∎ Provide technical assistance to staff and partner organization on information management systems, proper data collection and record keeping.
∎ Assist with monthly and/or quarterly performance indicator analysis, including generation of reports as well as presentations for stakeholders related to ongoing performance.
∎ Verify entered data for completeness, correctness and consistency and follow up on any data quality issues
∎ Organize orientation for front line staff and volunteers on monitoring tools and train them how to use data for decision making
∎ Ensure Protection Mainstreaming and inclusion in all project activities
∎ Provide training on PSEA and safeguarding to the staff

Additional Requirements:
∎ Team building capacity
∎ Written and oral communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Expertise in computer based office applications i.e. word, Excel (Pivot table), SPSS, and Photoshop Practicing gender and cultural diversity
∎ Experience in working as part of a team
∎ Strong planning/organizational skills
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills
∎ Willing to work with partially flexible work hours
∎ Mobile based applications: KOBO data collection, any other apps using real-time data
∎ Able to drive motorcycle and will have valid driving license

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 55000 (Monthly)
