Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in program/ project design especially in developing log frames and MEAL plans
∎ Support the programs in refinement of data collection methodology and regular use of M&E tools and frameworks
∎ Support program coordinators and finance officer with data analysis and the production of high quality, evidence-based, donor compliant reports (weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, quarterly and final) and documentation in a timely manner to accurately reflect field level conditions and programming progress
∎ Provide regular verbal and written feedback on field observations and monitoring findings to the relevant programme staff
∎ Provide technical assistance to staff and partner organization on information management systems, proper data collection and record keeping
∎ Assist with monthly and quarterly performance indicator analysis, including generation of reports as well as presentations for stakeholders related to ongoing performance
∎ Verify entered data for completeness, correctness, and consistency and follow up on any data quality issues
∎ Organize orientation for front line staff and volunteers on monitoring tools and train them how to use data for decision making
∎ Support to conduct skill development and soft skill training for beneficiaries
∎ Conduct certification process related activities, ensure certificate for training recipients
∎ Ensure Protection Mainstreaming and inclusion in all project activities
∎ Program/Project Design and Learning
∎ Provide training on PSEA and safeguarding to the staff
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Have adequate computer knowledge on Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, power point and capable to use Internet
∎ Ability to communicate in English and Bangle language effectively, both orally and in writing.
∎ Team building capacity
∎ Strong planning skills
∎ Practicing gender, PSEA, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity
∎ Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.
∎ Able to drive motorcycle and will have valid driving license.
Salary: Tk. 53240 (Monthly)
