Work directly under the technical supervision of the Global MEAL Desk. However, the MEAL Coordinator would be directly reportable to Country Director for Administrative issues and must be abided by the Country (Bangladesh Country) policy, rules and regulation.

Job Purpose:
The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) processes of the programms in Bangladesh. This role ensures that programme activities are systematically monitored, assessed, and reported. The MEAL Coordinator will directly contribute to programme quality by providing data, analysis of data and recommendations for improving the effectiveness and impact of interventions. The role includes regular coordination with the Global MEAL Desk at the Global Operations Development Department to ensure alignment with organizational MEAL standards and practices.
