∎ The Monitoring & Documentation Coordinator will be responsible for monitor the implementation of the project’s activities and task assigned to attain goals and objectives of the AVMCT project. The Monitoring & Documentation Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing project work-plan, performance, participating in project planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, and reporting and program development in project site.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the overall activities of the project from the center point coordinating with Project Manager and other personnel.
∎ Develop different monitoring tools and formats to sort out the project results through field visits and discussion with project direct beneficiaries.
∎ Assist the project team in following the project Work Plan and keep it updated in accordance with project activities and timeframes as relevant.
∎ Responsible for managing project database and other M&E tools.
∎ Implement the project M&E plan in a professional manner.
∎ Visit project sites on a regular basis (monthly or bi-monthly).
∎ Participate in planning for transfer/transition of achievements.
∎ Provide technical support to project team.
∎ Contribute in developing operating tools for project interventions.
∎ Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly reports through coordinating with Project Manager and other field level staffs.
∎ Identify lessons learned and develop case studies to capture qualitative outputs of the project.
∎ Provide advice to the Project Manager and supervisor on improving project performance using findings from the monitoring.
∎ Produce reports on Monitoring findings and prepare presentations based on Monitoring data as required.
∎ Provide the Project Manager with management information she/he may require.
∎ Check that monitoring data are discussed in monthly and quarterly meetings and in a timely fashion in terms of implications for future action.
∎ Produce special reports on the project activities and outputs as per the requirements of donor organization.
∎ Share learning and provide constructive comments to colleagues in order to ensure program quality.
∎ Ensure Sex, Age, Disability Disaggregated Data (SADD), Accountability and Gender standards are consistently adhered in program delivery.
∎ Assist organization’s project development and technical report writing on other associated issues as required.
∎ Field visit as required to ensure the program quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation tools.
∎ 3-5 years' experience as Monitoring & Documentation Coordinator in human rights-based development organization/ GO/ NGOs in designing and implementing monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems.
∎ Prior experience leading, designing, managing, documentation and/or commissioning performance and outcome evaluations and other types of analysis.
∎ Have computer literacy on MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
