Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project planning, monitoring related tasks.
∎ Collect data and develop progress reports regularly/periodically to PC and Deputy Director (DD)/Focal in order to ensure the provision of accurate and updated information.
∎ Responsible for developing and maintaining records of project activities, achievements.
∎ Develop case stories and assist PC in project updates for visibility and communication purposes.
∎ Data collection, analysis and prepare database report. Schedule and perform regular data/information update and maintenance of Site Development works
∎ Monitoring of cash distribution and post distribution monitoring.
∎ Monitoring of daily scheme progress tracking
∎ Conduct Community Risk Assessment (CRA) and prepare RRAP for selection camp related site development priority schemes.
∎ Develop Site Development scheme plan
∎ Documentation and prepare learning/knowledge management related documents
∎ Prepare and regular update scheme database, involved CFW participants
∎ Assist PC & Focal to develop and draft project weekly, monthly, quarterly and completion reports, project updates when required and other documents required for project and project stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 Years in livelihood related activities for planning, monitoring & implementation
∎ Good knowledge on Monitoring & Evaluation.
∎ Computer knowledge on MS Office, MS Excel and Power Point.
∎ Has strong team management skill
∎ Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English and Bangla
∎ Able to drive motorcycle and will have valid driving license.

Salary: Tk. 55000 - 60000 (Monthly)
