Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring, evaluation and documentation regarding IGA
∎ Exp. on different report preparation both in English & Bangle
∎ Exp. on livelihood related operation
∎ Have knowledge on log frame development, indicator settings
∎ Have experiences on documentation, case study develop and MIS also.
∎ Project planning, monitoring related tasks.
∎ Knowledge on livelihood business plan, tracking business plan.
∎ Monitoring experience on cash based programming, cash distribution, business promotion, market linkage, SHG mobilization.
∎ Develop different MEAL reports
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 Years in livelihood related activities for planning, monitoring & implementation
∎ Have clear understanding on knowledge management, documentation and reporting skill.
∎ Knowledge on relational database systems, monitoring, documentation and reporting tools and techniques.
∎ Have data analytical skill;
∎ Demonstrated inter-personal, negotiation and multi-tasking skills.
∎ Good time management skill and ability to work with minimum supervision
∎ Practicing innovation/creativity and achieving quality results and service.
∎ Good proficiency in English, both written and verbal
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and PowerPoint presentation
∎ Have sound knowledge on statistical analysis of data using SPSS / other statistical package.
∎ Good report writing and documentation ability
∎ Able to drive motorcycle with valid driving license
Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
