∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Candidates should have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the relevant field with good skills in monitoring, evaluation, reporting, communication, and documentation.
∎ Training in communication or report writing is preferred.
∎ Applicants should have good computer knowledge, especially in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent spoken and written English language skills are essential, as well as the ability to produce quality reports.
∎ A valid motorcycle driving license is required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct data analysis and necessary feedback on a regular basis, depending on project timelines, schedules and management needs
∎ Coordinate with Project Manager, Technical Coordinator, Technical Officers, program support coordinator, counselor in conducting field visits to program sites for monitoring and tracking of project activities·
∎ Contribute to monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual reports to clients / donors·
∎ Participate in refining and tracking indicators and targets with staff·
∎ Develop & use data collection procedure and tools·
∎ Develop and implement data quality assurance systems·
∎ Provide constructive feedback to management in aspect of field findings·
∎ Ensure that impact of the program and lesson learned were documented properly·
∎ Close contact with LAMB MIS-R for getting data and reporting in time
∎ Develop quality documentation on processes, achievements, learning and challenges throughout the project implementation·
∎ Develop and coordinate printing of required IEC & BCC material·
∎ Produce case studies, best practices, field experiences, newsletter, e-bulletins and other advocacy materials·
∎ Maintain electronic documentation system of the project implementation at organization level·
∎ Assist to maintain liaison with the government departments in Upazila and district levels to involve the relevant departments in the project activities·
∎ Assist and support project team in program implementation·
∎ Provide supports to PM, TC, TO, PSC, counselor on management, supervision and monitoring of field activities
∎ Attend coordination meetings, workshops, seminars at Union and Upazilla level as per project needs.
∎ Support to take organize training /workshop meetings for Local Government and NGOs·
∎ Develop a better relationship and coordination with local administration and other NGOs·
∎ Assist project personnel to Develop good network among the like minded NGOs
∎ Ensure that prayer occurs before meetings, training and seminars·
∎ Be able to explain to anyone who asks LAMB motto and logo·
∎ Be example in implementing the project activities to the organizational mission, vision and values
∎ Comply with LAMB policies and practices with respect to child protection, health and safety, equal opportunity and other relevant policies and procedures.
∎ Job Summary: This role includes capturing best practices and ensuring thorough documentation through field visits, innovative ideas, and capacity building for project staff and stakeholders in communication, facilitation, and report writing. The Monitoring and Documentation Coordinator is responsible for documenting different components of the project using text, photos, pages, multimedia, newsletters, etc. Publish and share the findings with internal and external actors. Additionally, the position involves designing, developing, and implementing user-friendly learning, documentation, and feedback frameworks in consultation with the project team and organization. He/ She is also responsible for assisting CHW/PA/ PSC/Counselor/TC/TO/PM to mainstream project interventions for achieving the project’s goal and capacity building of project staff in documentation, monitoring, data analysis, and evaluation.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Around Tk. 38,600 per month gross. Other benefits include provident fund, festival allowance once per year, and critical illness and death benefit.
