Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he will work under Team Leader
∎ Developing data collection tools, data entry template development using appropriate software, project data management
∎ Prepare database analytical report
∎ Analyze project data using appropriate statistical techniques, preparing power point presentation
∎ Compile district level data
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly periodical and annual project report
∎ Analyze project data and prepare report according to the need of the project
∎ Work closely with different stakeholders
∎ Organize training and workshop both virtually through zoom platform/Google meet, Web box and physically
∎ Provide technical support to the Project staff
∎ Organize training to build capacity to the project staff
∎ Ensuring administrative, logistics and technical support to the project activities; Manage PMU webpage and update, data archive
∎ Develop MIS and Data Quality Assurance system and maintain data base
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Computer knowledge on Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, SPSS and capable to use Internet
∎ Ability to communicate in English and Bangle language effectively, both orally and in writing.
∎ Able to summarize the results or observation
∎ Able to drive motorcycle with valid driving license
∎ Gender sensitive and cultural minded personnel.
∎ Skill to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.
