Additional Requirements: Qualifications-
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in MIS, data management, or verification roles preferably in Garment/RMG or manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good oral and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities & Context: - MIS Management & Data Entry
- Maintain and update the EIS Management Information System (MIS).
- Register employer, factory, worker, and dependent information accurately in the system.
- Digitize physical case files and maintain proper digital records.
- Generate various reports from MIS as required by stakeholders.
- Arrange online EIS-GB, EIS GB_Subcommittee and EC meetings through MIS.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and system security.
- Case Verification & Documentation
- Collect paper based and online claim files from CF, BEPZA and Associations
- Verify claim applications and supporting documents for completeness and authenticity.
- Identify missing or inconsistent information and maintain verification notes.
- Communicate with applicant, factory HR and association for collecting missing information/documents and verify inconsistent/incomplete information.
- Maintain proper physical and digital filing using approved indexing/tracking systems.
- Maintain pipeline tracking of cases with updated status.
- Data Management, Analysis & Reporting
- Maintain Excel databases for received, pending, and approved cases in accordance with approved SOPs.
- Monitor and update workplace accident data in coordination with relevant officers.
- Prepare routine reports, summaries, and basic graphical presentations as required.
- Maintain physical and digital case files in an organized and easily traceable manner.
- Prepare and maintain case registers and file indexes to ensure effective file management and retrieval.
- Website, IT & System Support
- Support updates of the official EIS website in coordination with JMISS and vendors.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve MIS or website-related technical issues.
- Support staff with system access, hardware/software troubleshooting, MS Teams meetings, and common drive management.
- Ensure compliance with IT, data security, and password management policies.
- Stakeholder & Beneficiary Support
- Support factories, associations, and applicants in submitting applications through MIS.
- Respond to queries related to MIS registration, documentation, and case status.
- Prepare Letter to the Beneficiary and Factory and other Stakeholder.
- Maintain effective communication with Beneficiaries for collecting payment confirmation and yearly verification.
