Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 38 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, preferably International Accounting.
  • ACCA (completed or partly qualified) is an added advantage.
  • 3–5 years of experience in international trade, trade finance, or related fields.Practical experience working with Chinese business partners.
  • Strong proficiency in Chinese and English, with CET-6 certification.
  • Good understanding of international trade processes, Incoterms, and basic trade finance instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel; experience with trade finance systems is a plus.


Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced International Trade and Finance Support Officer to assist in managing cross-border trade operations and finance activities, particularly involving Chinese business partners. (For our client in Green energy section in Bangladesh)

  • Provide operational support for international trade and finance activities, including Business Negotiation, Conduct business meeting, draft trade documents, invoices, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in preparing, checking, and verifying trade documentation and look after order management ( Look after full Order life cycle, production tracking, invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, After sales services, COO, etc.).
  • Communicate efficiently with Chinese suppliers, clients, and banking partners using both Chinese and English.
  • Follow up trade finance processes, resolve discrepancies, and support financing applications.
  • Monitor shipment schedules, payment timelines, and documentation flow for import/export transactions.
  • Support financial analysis related to trade margins, cost structures, and transaction monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate records of all trade documentation and finance-related activities.
  • Prepare periodic internal reports, summaries, and compliance documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of international trade operations.
  • Financial analysis and Risk management of each process step by step and prepare internal reports.
  • Assist in audits, regulatory reviews, and risk assessments related to trade and finance.
