Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Computer Application (MCA)
∎ • M. Sc. in Statistics/Computer Science/ Mathematics
∎ • Any related training or publication will be extra credentials.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Working experience and knowledge of software, preferably relational those are most commonly used in Bangladesh
∎ • Demonstrated ability to design and implement user friendly menu-driven MIS
∎ • Monitoring progress and generate reports as and when necessary

Additional Requirements:
∎ • Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Social scientist conducting and interpreting applied research typically have a masters or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Statistics/Computer Science/ Mathematics. In addition to gaining expertise in their particular field of study, aspiring social research, technical and statistical fields of study which help them to perform their work.
∎ • Relevant practical experience, particularly research experience is advantageous.
∎ • Experience on undertaking research projects and reporting on their findings.
∎ • Knowledge of using variety of methods to gather information including questionnaires, focus groups discussion, key –informant interview, public consultation meeting etc.
∎ • Knowledge about statistical method for sampling and data analysis.
∎ • Experience on organizing national level workshop and seminar
∎ • Good report writing capability as well as presentation of report using multimedia.
∎ • Key skills for social researchers including excellent organizational skills, management and coordination skills, presentation skills. Communication skills, numerical skills, IT skills, analytical techniques
