Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports across departments (sales, production, HR, accounts).
∎ Compile and summarize financial data for management review (e.g., income statement, cost reports).
∎ Analyze data to identify trends, variances and performance indicators.
∎ Collect data from different sources (ERP, Excel files, manual logs).
∎ Ensure accuracy, consistency and timely data entry and reconciliation.
∎ Maintain department-wise master data for costing, inventory, sales and HR.
∎ Design and update Excel dashboards or Power BI (if available).
∎ Support management with presentations and performance summaries.
∎ Assist production, sales and admin teams with customized reports as per their operational needs.
∎ Create templates and formats to help teams enter and manage their data consistently.
∎ Support internal audit with MIS-related data trails and document logs.
∎ Monitor department KPIs (as defined by management).
