∎ About the role:
∎ Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction
∎ Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass, and ontime shipment.
∎ Coordinate all department for smooth garment`s manufacturing.
∎ Closely monitor sewing and finishing getting the best possible output and giving direction on the floor.
∎ Setup the sewing line, check consumption, costing, and inventory.
∎ Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing
∎ Lead all production staff from the front and having good command on them.
∎ Ensure complete tasks to make finished goods from raw materials.
∎ Communicate always with the merchandising team and solve every production-related issue involved merchandising.
∎ Appointing and interviewing all production staff and their salary fixation.
∎ Giving feedback to garments Buyer and Buyer QC.
∎ Communicate with top management directly when need in any issues of his garment`s factory.
∎ Location: Any where in Bangladesh and Abroad also (Asia, EU, Africa and Middle East) .
∎ Requirements: Working six days in week.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard.
∎ Manage all employees under Dyeing Factory.
∎ Plan & coordinate Group's own garment fabric requirement & provide good quality fabrics & meet delivery date targets.
∎ Understanding of quality requirements of leading buyers with knowledge on all testing methods, fabric inspection & quality management systems.
∎ Handle all types of compliance audits.
∎ Ensure safety, security, health and hygiene of factory workers.
∎ Maintain liaison with local law enforcing agencies and Administration.
∎ Maintain Protocol and Public Relationship.
∎ Meet leading buyer's quality & testing standards.
∎ Prepare weekly NPT (Non-Productive Time) report as well as ensure NPT reduction at a constant rate.
∎ Review skill-level of operators on monthly basis and ensure corrective action to train potential workers.
∎ Co-ordinate with Merchandising & other concern departments for on time shipment.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dyeing/ Washing, Fabric Manufacturing, Fabrics.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Textile.
∎ In-depth knowledge of grey knitting, dyeing & finishing.
∎ Must have computer skills.
∎ Strong writing and verbal communication skill in English.
∎ Strong lab experience will be given preference.
∎ Must have experience to work with major buyers.
