Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in CSE/EEE/Telecom from a reputed university having good academic track records.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for optical network/microwave TE and engage in WDM/MSTP/RTN product project delivery, network maintenance, and troubleshooting.
∎ Microwave Product engineer position is focusing on Microwave products, including MW survey, network design, project implementation, conduct training, and maintenance etc.
∎ Project roll-out, such as on Site MW survey, technical design & plan, hardware supervision and commissioning, acceptance testing, etc.
∎ Provide LLD Microwave Planning and Pre-Sales technical support for Microwave project;
∎ Provide engineering technical remote and site trouble shooting support for Microwave project;
∎ Diagnosing difficult problems that normal engineer cannot deal and make reasonable report to customer and project team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3+ years of experience in delivery and maintenance of optical and microwave products.
∎ Have general knowledge of the principles and features of SDH/WDM/ microwave.
∎ Have a good command of the commissioning and maintenance capabilities of SDH, WDM, and microwave equipment.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
∎ Ability to easily adapt to changes.
∎ Good power point presentation skills.
∎ Ideal candidate will demonstrate an energetic and "Can-Do" attitude.
∎ Thrives in a competitive environment.
∎ Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
∎ Good team spirit, able to work independently and also able to deliver jobs within tight schedule.
∎ Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook etc.
