Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in EEE / CSE / Telecommunication Engineering from any reputed University or Institutions.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop projects with key account managers, present sales and technical presentations to customer.
∎ Maintain good relationships with technicians from end customer side, know the IP/ Optical Transmission filed in the Bangladesh market, and contribute leads based on his/her skill.
∎ Sales support including meeting with customer, solution design with sales team, etc. to ensure It is providing the most competitive solution to the target customer.
∎ Develop and recommend technical solutions and commercial strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and deployed systems infrastructure.
∎ Participate in RFx responses, tenders, presentations, consultations and commercial proposals by providing product information, value argumentation, bill of materials and tender network designs.
∎ Initiate product improvement / customization based on market needs and competitive environment.
∎ Collect and analyze the network and output network evolution plan.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant field.
∎ Sales experience in network equipment (switch, router, firewall, WiFi, etc.).
∎ CCNA/CCNP certificate is preferred.
∎ Deep understanding of IP network technologies, like routing and switching, security, VPN, SDN, IoT, etc.
∎ Candidate must demonstrate good sales skills, including organizational, communication and presentation skills.
∎ Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and the ability to work independently.
∎ High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks, being target oriented and able to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization.
