Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are currently seeking 25 dynamic and motivated individuals for the position of bkash Merchant Acquisition Officer. This role is essential in expanding our merchant network and enhancing the reach of bkash Mobile Financial Services (MFS).
∎ Merchant Acquisition: Identify and approach potential merchants to onboard them onto the bkash platform.
∎ Promotion: Present and articulate the benefits and features of bkash MFS to prospective merchants.
∎ Onboarding: Assist new merchants with the integration process to ensure a smooth transition.
∎ Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to support their ongoing success.
∎ Performance: Meet and exceed monthly targets for merchant acquisition.
∎ Fixed Salary: 10,500 per month
∎ Variable Pay: 4,500 per month (performance-based)
∎ 2 Festival Bonus
∎ Must have a smartphone.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
∎ Sales and negotiation skills are a plus.
∎ Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
