Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Footwear
∎ or
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Merchandising
∎ For very good candidate with right experience educational qualification will be slightly relaxed

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Merchandising, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Tannery/Footwear

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and company's objectives
∎ Make liaison with foreign footwear buyers and manage orders
∎ Correspond with several buyers at a time for collecting orders and execute them according to the buyers' requirements
∎ Attend buyers meeting, negotiate and secure orders in a competitive price
∎ Manage supplier relationship, including resolution of capacity and production issues and long- term sourcing objectives
∎ Ensure product development according to buyers requirements and sample development with approved quality and maintain on time submission
∎ Coordination with Production, Quality Control and Commercial department regularly so that the whole process is on time
∎ Deal with the customers independently from inquiry level up to shipment of orders
∎ Ensure follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards and team performance
∎ Identify issue upfront that may prevent our objectives from being met including cost targets, quality, on-time delivery etc.
∎ Follow up total production flow in detail to ensure optimum capacity utilization
∎ Maintain all relevant merchandising communication
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Very good in MS Office
∎ Sound analytical skills
∎ Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
∎ Sound leadership skills
∎ Good team player and high adaptability in any situation
∎ Ability to work under huge pressure and meet deadline

Salary: Negotiable
