Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop sample correctly upon customer requirement.
∎ Maintain regular communication with mother factory/wash factory/Print or Embroidery factory, trims/accessories suppliers and fabric supplier/mill to follow up on-time submission of al the required items as per buyer requirements & to make sure to in house all the bulk items for smooth supply chain flow of uninterrupted production.
∎ Prepare pre costing sheet.
∎ Provide assistance to the supervisor to ensure & negotiate competitive price quotation for order confirmation.
∎ Maintain regular communication with Customers & obtain all the required information from buyer & provide to particular factory. Also arrange all the necessary approvals from buyer's end for smooth production.
∎ Prepare & Maintain T&A/WIP chart to identify process delay and ensure on-time information update in portal.
∎ Coordinate with Commercial team for shipment booking to forwarder keeping the customer informed & follow-up the documents to ensure on-time shipment.
∎ Improve team members’ working knowledge, standard, efficiency and performance by assisting them in routine work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Consumption & Costing knowledge
∎ Good oral and written communication skill.
∎ Knowledge on fabric, accessories/trims.
∎ Knowledge on embellishments/washing/dyeing
∎ Knowledge on production process
∎ Knowledge on commercial & shipping procedures
∎ Working knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power point
∎ Direct customer handling experience
