Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall follow up during pre-production stage:
∎ i) Expedite import shipment for arrival / in house of raw materials (Fabrics & Accessories).
∎ ii) Upon receipt of materials, ensure quality / quantity of the materials as per requirement. Collect inventory report by the factory cell.
∎ iii) Ensure inspection of fabric dye- lot (for fabric defects, width variation, color shade with reference to sample yardage and lab dip standard) before issuing fabrics for mass cutting in production. If required, test cutting would be examined before mass production.
∎ iv) Set an action plan for arrangement of short coming materials found in the import shipment.
∎ v) Check technical spec sheet carefully. Identify special machine if any required for production & check matching instruction for Y/D or print fabric.
∎ vi) Determine actual working consumption (based on pattern / marker), check size wise ratio before mass production.
∎ vii) Ensure approval of sample (Fit / Size set / Pre-production / Photo sample) before commencing mass production.
∎ * Overall follow-up during production/shipment stage:
∎ i) Prepare production planning based on order shipment schedule & availability of raw materials.
∎ ii) Close monitor in the development of required sample / ensure onward submission to the buyer on time.
∎ iii) Close monitor in the mass production stage in order to meet product quality (A. Q. L limit) & delivery lead-time as well.
∎ iv) Observe daily production report / analysis to improve productivity.
∎ v) In case of wash garments, check production line to ensure correct washing effect.
∎ vi) Ensure in-line inspection by buyers QC / Factory QC’s to maintain quality standard.
∎ vii) Arrange space booking with shipping line / forwarder and monitor shipment schedule.
∎ viii) Arrange final audit / clearances for the shipment.
∎ Overall follow-up during post-shipment stage (Ex-factory):
∎ i) Provide details of the shipment to the export section for export documentation.
∎ ii) Ensure to prepare shipping documents (per L/C requirement) with correct visa and correct packing list.
∎ iii) Ensure about logistic plan such as contact forwarder for shipping schedule / book container and Goods loaded on assigned vessels / collect bill of lading.
∎ iv) Ensure about submission of required documents to the buyer for issuing I/C.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
∎ Proactive, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication with all.
∎ Conversant with MS office package and ERP.
