Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline from reputed university
∎ Any degree in Textile Technology or Merchandising will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To execute respective orders from costing, yarn and fabric booking, accessories booking, day-to-day monitor raw materials in-house status and follow up with production and quality control department to deliver within customer delivery dates with acceptable quality level.
∎ To maintain customer delivery dates.
∎ To communicate with suppliers, production, buyers and other related concern departments.
∎ To follow up respective orders, all approvals including samples and accessories, PP meetings, yarn and fabric status in order to start production and on time shipment.
∎ To prepare price quotations for new orders based on customer requirement.
∎ To ensure supplier's PI and other commercial issues with coordinated effort.
∎ To follow up with commercial department to ensure all back-to-back LCs for yarn and related accessories done in due time.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge and experience on all kind yarn, fabrics, accessories for knit garment.
∎ To ensure Trim cards are prepared and send to customer for approval in due time.
∎ To monitor quality inspection report on bulk fabric and inspection report on garment production to prevent any low-quality products from shipment.
∎ To prepare and maintain time and action plan and execute accordingly to maintain customer delivery date.
∎ To understand and maintain individual customers policies for production and shipment.
∎ To maintain good environment and discipline in Merchandising department.
∎ To perform any other task given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Any technical degree/certificate in Textile Technology/Garment Merchandising.
∎ Worked as good planner and implementer.
∎ Pro-active, hard work capability, strong analytical & problem-solving skill.
