Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer accounts from development to shipment, ensuring adherence to Time & Action (T&A) plans.
Execute knit and woven product development, following market trends and seasonal requirements.
Prepare detailed cost sheets, negotiate prices, and finalize orders with buyers.
Coordinate with design, QA, and production teams to ensure correct samples and bulk production.
Monitor production at factories, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain detailed order tracking, approvals, and documentation for buyers and internal teams.
Maintain regular and accurate inputs in Salesforce for all order updates, buyer communications, and production milestones.
Visit factories regularly to evaluate performance and maintain supplier relationships.
Provide regular updates to buyers and management on order status, potential delays, and solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and promote Texprego’s capabilities to potential buyers.
Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills required:
Essential (must have to perform the role)
Bachelor’s in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, or related field.
4–6 years’ merchandising experience in knit and woven (fast fashion experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of garment construction, costing, sourcing, and production processes.
Proven ability to handle buyers independently and work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
