Education:

- Bachelor’s in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, or related field.

Additional Requirements:
- Age 28 to 38 years
- 1–3 years’ merchandising experience; fresh graduates with internships in fast fashion sourcing may apply.
- Basic knowledge of garment construction, costing, and production processes.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timeliness of task completion (% of tasks completed by deadlines).
- Data accuracy in Salesforce (percentage of complete and timely entries).
- Sample approval lead time (average time taken to get sample approvals).
- Follow-up efficiency (number of issues resolved without escalation).
- Order support accuracy (number of errors in order tracking and documentation).
- Team support rating (feedback from Merchandiser/Senior Merchandiser on performance).
Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist in managing knit and woven orders from development to shipment.
- Communicate with suppliers and factories to follow up on sampling, production, and approvals.
- Prepare and update order sheets, costing data, and T&A plans.
- Maintain regular and accurate inputs in Salesforce for tracking orders, approvals, and shipment timelines.
- Coordinate with QA, design, and production teams to ensure timely sample delivery.
- Follow up on production status, address delays, and escalate issues to Merchandiser.
- Maintain accurate records of approvals, shipment bookings, and buyer communications.
- Visit factories with Merchandiser to monitor production and quality standards.
- Assist in preparing reports and updates for management and buyers.
