Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication with buyer & factory on day to day working and issues if any and emails to be replied within 2-3 hours.
∎ Product development, costing, material sourcing capability & production monitoring.
∎ Prepare CP with most updated to buyers on timely manner.
∎ Co-ordinate with production departments to ensure on time shipment and 100% quality approval.
∎ To Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.
∎ Work with yarn/fabric and accessory suppliers to ensure orders are done as per specifications.
∎ Follow up on Developments, Samples and Production with a high degree of personal responsibility.
∎ Independently make Time and Action (T&A) plans & Follow up accordingly.
∎ Control and monitor production status as per customer satisfaction.
∎ Develop and build customer base.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4-5 years experience in Factory Merchandising.
∎ Should have good command of spoken and written English.
∎ Must be skilled in use of computer (Excel & e-mail).
∎ The Candidate must have sound knowledge on All types of Knit garment fabrics, yarn, trims and accessories.
∎ Must have excellent practical knowledge on correct Consumption, costing and pricing.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Proven track record of handling reputed buyers.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
