Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline/B.SC in Textile (Preferred).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong background on garment product costing, order follow-up and execution.
∎ Strong product knowledge on woven/knit/ sweater, being familiar with the process flow and requirements of international customers.
∎ Strong vendor network for product development, supplier base
∎ Strong communication skills, on email and in conversations with foreign buyers
∎ 8-10 years proven experience in a multinational company or international buying office as a senior merchandiser.
∎ Having strong leadership quality, mentality, interpersonal skills and able to run a team effectively and able to motivate the team and achieve goals set by the company management.
∎ Good command in English both speaking and writing, public dealing & ability to work under pressure.
