Responsibilities & Context:
1. Handle client orders from inquiry to shipment, ensuring all specifications are clearly communicated to production teams.
2. Prepare and manage order sheets, tech packs and production files.
3. Track order progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
4. Coordinate sample development with design and production teams, ensuring samples meet client requirements and quality standards.
5. Manage sample approvals, feedback and revisions.
6. Collaborate with procurement and production to calculate product costs, including raw materials (hides, chemicals) labor and overheads.
7. Work closely with production planners to ensure orders are scheduled and completed on time.
8. Conduct regular factory visits to monitor progress, quality and compliance with specifications.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
10. Understand client needs and provide proactive solutions to enhance satisfaction.
11. Prepare shipping documents commercial invoices, packing lists and coordinate with logistics teams for timely dispatch.
