Job Context:
∎ GTAL is looking for interested candidates for the mentioned position who has initiative, innovative idea, Take Challenges, quick learner, honesty & Sincerity, analytical, and self-confident.
∎ Job Location - Bhaluka, Mymensingh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mail communication with buyer and supplier.
∎ Development sample follow up based on SOP.
∎ Running order sample follow up based on SOP and "T&A" plan.
∎ All BB fabric and accessories booking cross check & follow up based on SOP and "T&A" plan.
∎ Running production follow up and ensure the line fitting.
∎ As per T&A plan make sure the on time PFH (production file handover) to production team.
∎ Daily production report analyses.
∎ On time raw material sourcing ensure.
∎ Weekly one-time production and inspection chart keeping & through to customer farther necessary action.
∎ Ensure the on time delivery.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 to 6 years of practical experience in a reputed Textile Industry/ RMG Unit Merchandising.
∎ Must have working experience with Buyer LPP.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments/Textile Industries
∎ Candidate must have to computer knowledge.
