Experience:

• At least 7 years

• Graduate in Textile Manufacturing or Apparel Merchandising from a well reputed institution

• At least 7 years

• At least 7 years merchandising experience preferably in a reputed buying office or factory in Knits & Woven category.
• Must have extensive experience of product development, costing, production tracking and execution, handling multiple brands at a time.
• Must be knowledgeable of garments construction and costing, specifically fabric type/properties, fabric printing, and surface applications (e.g., heat transfer, embroideries, screen-printing).
• Should have excellent understanding of production process.
• Should have a passion for product development, an eye for styles/details/fit/pp & other samples.
• Must be capable of handling buyers independently in tremendous pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
• Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
• Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
• Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines.
• IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic
