∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ Apparel Manufacturing from a recognized university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the whole process of Knit items order execution from order placement to order shipment.
∎ Set a correct and effective production TNA plan and line set up with the factory concerned to ensure the shipment of goods on time.
∎ Independently manage research and product development, understand latest fashion trends, and develop customer specific collections
∎ Monitoring all the fabric & accessories in house status of nominated and non-nominated supplier with correct lead time.
∎ Monitoring the sample submission and approval process and ensure maintain the buyer agree or set T&A plan date.
∎ Monitor the quality and completeness of products closely with the quality team.
∎ Take decisions on critical and technical issues that arise during production.
∎ Select and visit different fabric mills, production, printing, washing factories and build long-term relationships for current and future orders
∎ Monitoring the daily production plan with the supplier and ensure timely inspections.
∎ Maintain a good & healthy relationship with our supplying factories through effective communication on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure an efficient work distribution among the team member
∎ Maintain a good working environment between all team members
∎ Assist the Head of the Department providing all necessary information to maintain and develop working methods efficiently.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and time management effectively.
∎ Must be capable to handle buyers independently in tremendous pressure with aggressive marketing attitude
∎ Costing Experience mandatory for all of Circular knit item.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and using the Internet.
∎ Must have very strong communication skills in English for reporting production-related activities with our buyers, and as well as other local agencies.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic & Strong presentation and delivery skills
