Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in any discipline from any Public or reputed Private University, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in in textile engineering or Apparel manufacturing Management Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Knit Garments factory, Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take merchandising initiative to secure budgeted margin and CM earning.
∎ Provide order updates and information of inquiries from customer timely.
∎ Achieve on time shipment by managing issues at backward and forward areas.
∎ Take care of customer relationship with regular and professional communication.
∎ Collect PO sheet from customer, sending PI to customer, Master LC follow up.
∎ Prepare and follow checklist and merchandising T&A against confirmed order.
∎ Ensure correct and on time sample submission for confirmed order and new development.
∎ Ensure correct and on time submission of all developments (garment, fabric, accessories, trims, print, embroidery, AOP, y/d stripe, washing and all kinds of embellishments) with coordinated efforts among concerned production units and suppliers.
∎ Attending issues and solving problems by taking initiatives with customer and production.
∎ Coordinate with Planning Manager to determine/fix delivery schedule (date) and sequence of implementing all order in the lines.
∎ Should be capable of new business development & promotion with fresh Buyer
∎ Coordinate among customer, production and logistic/commercial to execute shipment.
∎ Ensure supplier PI, BTB LC and other commercial issues with coordinated efforts.
∎ Ensure on time ERP entry, usage and updates.
∎ Provide reports, analysis and MIS as required by reporting authority/HOD/Management.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the HOD/Reporting authority from time to time.
