Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
At least 5 years in export section
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing export related all jobs to ensure proper export process of 100% export oriented garments factory.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping line, C & F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, VAT department, production and merchandising department.
∎ Prepare Export Bill as per L/C terms, submit to Banks and negotiate with bank and customer.
∎ Follow up commercial invoice, packing list, detail packing list for export.
∎ Ensure online shipment booking & documentation for Export.
∎ Shipment schedule follow up with freight forwarder.
∎ Responsible to submit export documents in bank on timely basis.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Good command in English and Bangla Language is needed.
∎ Experience in RMG
∎ Required vast knowledge in export-Import rules, customs and banking rules and regulations local and international L/Cs and necessary commercial documents.
∎ Computer Literacy with Office Application, e-mail and internet browsing.
