Educational Requirements:
∎ Educational Requirements: B. Sc in Computer Science/ Engineering or Diploma in computer science.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide IT supports to user end for their Desktops, Laptops, MacBook's, Scanners, Printers, IP Phone and other IT assets as per company IT policy.
∎ Responsible for ensuring full utilization of company assets and keep records of IT equipment.
∎ Manage Mikrotik router (LAN, WAN, Layer 7, NAT, Bandwidth manage, and Firewall) also Backup and restore.
∎ Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Sub netting.
∎ Good knowledge of Office 365 Business basic, Microsoft outlook, switch, router, IT security.
∎ Have sound knowledge of computer hardware system, Installing operating system, driver software, application Software, Adobe photoshop & illustrator.
∎ Installation and troubleshooting - Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Scanner etc.
∎ Maintain proper documentation for updating inventory of all hardware and IT products and information.
∎ Communicates with vendors for technical support and program updates as needed to resolve.
∎ Maintain & support IT help desk system.
∎ Good knowledge to work with ERP systems.

∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Hardware Engineer, IT System Management, MIS, Network Engineering
