Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ Apparel Merchandising/Science Graduate from Reputed Public or Private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

knit, Lingerie, Sports wear
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To get new order merchandiser collects the address of buyer.
∎ Communicate with buyers by sending mail with formal letters/profile.
∎ After receiving buyer's response then planning with buyer for new sample and production order.
∎ Collect the buyers sample, accessories and trimming and various types of swatches which are required.
∎ Samples are sending to the buyer and follow up it.
∎ Prepare price quotation along with making of sample as counter or approval.
∎ After giving approval on sample or sample comment he should consider it.
∎ Fabric and accessories requirement calculation (consumption).
∎ Optimum costing of garments.
∎ Develop Lab dips of the materials like fabric and accessories.
∎ Receive the export L/C & verify it in the technical and commercial point of view.
∎ Estimate time schedule for the export of those garments as per L/C.
∎ Garment factory open the back-to-back LC by bank.
∎ Sourcing of fabrics and accessories.
∎ Preparing internal order sheets, purchase order, booking sheet, packing list.
∎ Garment analysis and production planning and controlling.
∎ Advising quality department to maintain acceptable quality level (AQL).
∎ Maintaining files and all the documents about export.
∎ Monitoring garment production progress as per time schedule.
∎ Swatch making and distribution to the production unit and quality concern people.
∎ Communicate and negotiate with trim & accessory suppliers.
∎ Arrange pre-shipment documents.
∎ Monitor garment packing instructions.
∎ Preparing quality inspection schedule for shipment and informing to quality department in the buying house.
∎ Arrange shipping documents and final inspection.
∎ Monitor the cyclical process of garments exports marketing.
∎ Continuous communication with buyer.
∎ He has to handover the products which are ordered by the buyer with undamaged condition.
∎ He also has to motivate people with his logical and pleasant behavior.
∎ Finally, he will ensure how to earn profit through garment export execution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be a proactive and result oriented.
