∎ 10 to 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to Work Under Pressure, accessories sourcing, Adaptability, Analytical ability, Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and deliver all placed orders from PPs to shipment;
∎ Work closely with sampling team to ensure smooth handover to production;
∎ Pre-plan fabric orders and PPS sample;
∎ Target 10 days for batch A and 2-3 weeks for Batch B of every order that is Photoshoot;
∎ Work with merch team to chase up timely delivery of fabric and trims
∎ to production floor;
∎ Work out accurate costings of styles and agree prices with Uk team
∎ ahead of production start;
∎ Work with factory manager and outsource supplier to work out best
∎ delivery date for the given new style/repeat;
∎ Arrange and attend timely PP meetings and risk assessment for all new
∎ styles to avoid delays once production starts;
∎ Ensure “Air Table” (the stage of Product production process update software), is kept updated and UK team fully informed of everything related to production;
∎ Train and coach merchandisers to deliver good quality product on time
∎ by regular catch up meetings, 121 meetings;
∎ Work closely with QA manager to ensure quality expectation of the styles is met;
∎ Timely escalation of all production issues to GM and to Uk teams by strict critical path follow up of every style (new or repeat);
∎ Work with technical team to resolve any production and quality issues;
∎ Responsible for regular accurate weekly reporting;
∎ Fully responsible for all assigned orders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years

∎ Excellent English and MS office skills
∎ Min Masters degree related to fashion
∎ Min 10 years experience with a sourcing office and experience with dealing
∎ with European customers
