Responsibilities & Context:
- To lead/guide the production Merchandising team
- To monitor the team, daily production, and merchandising routine,
- Push and lead the teams to ensure yarn, knitting dyeing, fab delivery, accessories booking, and delivery on time
- Daily communication with buyers, teams, suppliers, and respective departments for any issues, follow-up, approval, etc
- Follow up and ensure the orders are delivered on time per approved PP samples.
- Can handle systems like ERP, PLM, and Magic T&A
- To handle buyers’ Merchandiser requirements.
- For critical issues, of the team.
- Especially capable of handling NEXT buyer Merchandising requirements independently.
