What You’ll Do

  • Promote our premium dermatology and aesthetic services to individual clients, physicians, hospitals, clinics, beauty advisors, salons, and wellness partners — positioning the brand as a trusted name in advanced skin health and aesthetics.

  • Educate prospective clients on a wide range of advanced treatments, including laser therapy, pigmentation correction, melasma and acne care, anti-aging programs, and device-based skin rejuvenation — highlighting both scientific credibility and visible results.

  • Generate qualified leads through targeted field visits, professional networking, digital outreach, referrals, and localized market intelligence.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals by converting consultations into service bookings, treatment packages, and loyal client relationships.

  • Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with dermatologists, general practitioners, skin influencers, aesthetic clinics, and cosmetic retailers to enhance brand visibility and referral flow.

  • Plan and execute outreach initiatives such as awareness campaigns, health talks, beauty education events, and free skin check-up camps — both online and offline — to drive community engagement and clinic traffic.

  • Monitor and analyze market insights including customer behavior, emerging trends, and competitor activities to help refine sales and marketing strategies.

  • Develop and maintain a robust client pipeline using CRM or lead management tools, ensuring timely follow-ups, strong retention, and continuous engagement.

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by serving as a knowledgeable and trusted liaison between customers and our team of dermatology and aesthetic experts.

  • Support brand promotions and clinic events, providing accurate service knowledge and persuasive communication to educate and inspire clients.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and service teams to design and execute performance-driven campaigns that strengthen client relationships and boost brand growth.
