Job Responsibilities:
∎ The project duration is 15 months
∎ Minimum Qualification and Experience in physical anesthesiology/general practitioner with MBBS Degree and 2 years work experience
∎ Assist to the program manager and Deputy program manager and health manager
∎ Monitoring the quality of health services, claims invoicing and progressing monitoring of the membership registration and related activities.
∎ To collect sample verification of invoicing based on prescribed clinical protocols
∎ Assist to conduct staff meeting
∎ Responsible for monitoring the quality of health service, claims invoicing and progress monitoring of membership registration and related activities
∎ Responsible for verification of all invoicing based on prescribed clinical protocols
∎ Maintain health and safety standard of the office premises
∎ Participate in different meetings / workshops, team planning to achieve the project goal
∎ Have strong will to learn through learning by doing process
∎ Provide all types of necessary supports to the Project office
∎ Willing to work in a team
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the superior
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ 2 years work experience in health sector will be given preference
∎ Reviewing performance appraisal in a participatory way and developing carrier path through appropriate training.
∎ Gender sensitive and cultural minded personnel.
∎ Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.
Salary: Tk. 57000 (Monthly)
