Job Context:
∎ Under the direct supervision of Project Coordinator, the Medical Coordinator is responsible to supervise the activity of the staffs in health centers and oversee a variety of areas, such as nursing, human resources, budgeting, supplies, and client`s services. Duties commonly described are: providing trainings to the service providers, updating medical records, managing client`s service orientation & flow, maintaining supplies, etc.
∎ Full-time (9:00 am - 5:00 pm)
∎ Department / Unit : Program
∎ Job Location : Project Office, BWHC with extensive field visits as per requirement of the project
∎ Reportable to : Project Coordinator
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s) working experiences in health service center.
∎ Having experiences in providing services to clients on sexual and reproductive health and child care;
∎ Willing to travel around the country;
∎ Incumbent should be strong, mentally & physically to manage a large administration.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills and good public relation.
∎ Good command both in English and Bengali.
∎ Must have good operational knowledge on email communication, MS Word and PowerPoint presentation.
Salary:
∎ BDT 35,000 - 40,000 (negotiable)
