Required Soft & hard skills for the role:

• Classification and identification of hydraulic and mechanical components/ equipment and troubleshooting

• Strong understanding of structural drawings, manuals & components

• Expertise on Lubrication Excellence

• Attention to details.

• Computerized Maintenance System usage

• Basic knowledge in MS office

• Committed & compliance to safety.

• Execution of scheduled maintenance and repairs of RS-EH, Quay Cranes, RTGs, lifting & Mobile equipment wherein:

• Diagnose, repair and service of hydraulic, structure, and mechanical systems.

• Identify parts and material needed to fulfil the maintenance and communicate effectively to facilitate the materials availability.  

• Lead Emergency run & repair.

• Ensure that work is performed to the highest standard consistent with resources, the time available, operation requirements & safety requirements.

• Ensure that full and complete maintenance and repairs records are maintained to facilitate planning and analysis.

• Ensure that working areas, tools, working gears are kept tidy and clean and being utilized as per safety guidelines.

• Ensure all activities count with their JSA (Job Safety Analysis), RA (Risk Analysis), and work permit if required (Need clarity on this)

• Prepare checklist & work distribution plan. Assign manpower with utmost efficiency & follow safety rules, procedures, work instructions, and coexistence rules in terms of execution.

• Supervise technicians as per assignment and closely monitor standard implementation.

• Prepare daily report on various activities encompassing incidents, delay justifications and observations. Suggest improvements where necessary.
