10 years of experience in the Mechanical Department, have work experience in Bepza.
Fluent in English
Good communication skill
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure maintenance of plant and machinery to maximize machine-up time.
Ensure scheduled maintenance program for all machinery.
Attend all breakdown maintenance’s promptly to minimize production loss.
Source and procure spare parts in a cost-effective and timely manner.
Identify and develop reliable suppliers to ensure quality and continuity of spare parts supply.
Maintain optimal inventory levels by regularly monitoring stock and coordinating with maintenance and production teams.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory and procurement transactions.
Continuously explore opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Installation and commissioning of machinery as & when necessary.
Ensure compliance and up-dating of procedure/ systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001 requirements and company policy.
Training and development of officers and technicians.
Continual improvement of self and development of work process/system.
