• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Handicraft

• 10 years of experience in the Mechanical Department, have work experience in Bepza.

• Fluent in English

• Good communication skill

• Ensure maintenance of plant and machinery to maximize machine-up time.

• Ensure scheduled maintenance program for all machinery.

• Attend all breakdown maintenance’s promptly to minimize production loss.

• Source and procure spare parts in a cost-effective and timely manner.

• Identify and develop reliable suppliers to ensure quality and continuity of spare parts supply.

• Maintain optimal inventory levels by regularly monitoring stock and coordinating with maintenance and production teams.

• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.

• Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory and procurement transactions.

• Continuously explore opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

• Installation and commissioning of machinery as & when necessary.

• Ensure compliance and up-dating of procedure/ systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001 requirements and company policy.

• Training and development of officers and technicians.

• Continual improvement of self and development of work process/system.
