Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and Evaluation:
∎ Develop and implement high-quality monitoring and evaluation systems that assess and reflect the project's achievements.
∎ Manage the MEAL plan, review project M&E and progress reports of local partners, consolidate them, and develop and apply the appropriate reporting system that keeps all relevant stakeholders informed about project progress and outcomes.
∎ Manage, facilitate, and/or implement the conduct of any monitoring activity in the program (surveys as well as qualitative methods).
∎ Assist in project evaluations, requirements, and follow-up, and facilitate necessary planning and logistics support for external evaluations.
∎ Support the revision of project planning documents, particularly with regard to the intervention logic and indicators.
∎ Develop the capabilities of program teams in the areas of data collection and analysis (methods, formats, software, etc.), indicator measurement, feedback and complaint mechanisms, negative impact analysis, etc.
∎ Provide technical and methodological support to programs for the implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities, data management (development of questionnaires for surveys, sampling, input methods, extraction of useful data and interpretation), and integration of cross-functional issues.
∎ Develop a cloud-based monitoring pillar and knowledge exchange platform (Digital Solutions/Webmo) in collaboration with the PMU, Coordinators, and stakeholders.
∎ Accountability:
∎ Improve understanding and incorporate accountability practices within the project scope, in coordination with the relevant Accountability Focal Point and in line with internal & external.
∎ Design and implement complaint response mechanisms.
∎ Ensure that complaints are recorded in an official database, process and that people receive an appropriate, timely response.
∎ Learning, Knowledge Management and Reporting:
∎ Facilitate the learning process, document and prioritize the findings in an appropriate form, and share them with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Support the publication of the initiative's results (learning and/or advocacy tools), progress reports, and case studies.
∎ Draft the Monthly and Interim Reports, track and monitor reports, and provide feedback on the quality of the reports.
∎ Document best practices (BPs) and LL, and report them to the ED, Coordinators, donors and coordinate to ensure visibility of the BPs in close cooperation with the PMU, LHPs, and other relevant stakeholders (in line with Internal Communication Guidelines).
∎ Training and Capacity Strengthening:
∎ Develop a plan for capacity strengthening, and review the plan periodically to ensure it is up-to-date and effective.
∎ Monitor and track partners' progress in implementing the training and capacity strengthening plan, and provide feedback on the quality of their reports.
∎ Draft periodic reports on partner training, sharing, and capacity strengthening plan implementation, and share these reports with the relevant area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation in a development or humanitarian context, including experience designing, implementing, and managing MEAL systems as well as a solid understanding of M&E methodologies, log frame, tools, and processes.
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills in English to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, including building capacity and providing coaching and mentoring.
∎ Cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work in diverse cultural settings and build relationships with stakeholders.
∎ Willingness to work in challenging and dynamic environments, often under pressure, with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
